In honor of my beloved father, Jose Gines, who lost his battle with this horrible disease in just two short months. He was diagnosed on June 13, 2025, and gained his wings on August 8, 2025.

My father was the most caring, loving, and selfless man you could ever meet. He touched the lives of everyone around him with kindness and generosity. His passing has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled.

I pray no one else has to endure the pain of watching a loved one go through this devastating disease. That is why we are coming together to raise awareness, honor his memory, and support the fight so that other families might be spared this heartbreak.
