Waiver: In consideration of my participation in the Virtual Esophageal Cancer Walk/Run event and/or participation of another individual(s) or as a parent and/or guardian of a child/children age 18 and under, hereby for myself, my heirs and administrators assume any and all risks which might be associated with the Virtual Esophageal Cancer Walk/Run event by The Salgi Esophageal Cancer Research Foundation. Hereinafter the Virtual Esophageal Cancer Walk/Run event will be referred to as "the event." I waive any and all rights and claims for injuries or damages which I may have against the organizers and sponsors of the event. I hold harmless The Salgi Esophageal Cancer Research Foundation, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me or those I have registered as a result of taking part in the event and any related activities. With participation, I also allow The Salgi Esophageal Cancer Research Foundation to use my photo, my name and those I am registering in any advertising, marketing and/or promotional material. All children 18* and under participating in the event must be registered. By participating with a parent and/or guardian, the parent and/or guardian waives any and all rights and/or claims for injuries or damages which the child or children may have against the organizers and sponsors of the event. A party's failure or neglect to acknowledge this waiver does not hold The Salgi Esophageal Cancer Research Foundation responsible for any injuries and/or losses due to participation in the event. All participants must be registered in order to participate in the virtual event. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
